Professor Shang obtained her Master's Degree in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1989; Ph.D. in Economics from Nanjing University. She teaches Public Finance and Taxation now. Her research interests focus on the combination of Public Finance Policy and “Agriculture, Rural areas and Farmers”. She is also the leader of several National Nature and Science Foundation Program, National Social and Science Foundation Program, and other scientific research programs. In recent years, she has published over 30 papers, 3 monographs (compilations) and books (as editor or sub-editor).
